Buying Transformation Manager
Purpose of Role:
The Buying Transformation Manager will be required to lead on the integration of new technologies within the Buying Department, supporting both technical implementation and cultural change.
* Managing Change Activities: Overseeing structural, cultural and process changes in line with the programme of works
* Systematic Approach: Creating a systematic approach to change and managing the overall critical path of their programme of works
* Assessing Impact: Assessing the effect of business change and the organization's preparedness to reduce possible risks
* Training and Communication: Overseeing all training and communication linked to the integration of new systems and processes
* Technical Solutions: Building a in depth knowledge of business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and helping to land technical solutions across the Buying departments
* Stakeholder Management: Ensuring all stakeholders are consulted on decisions, gathering feedback and cascading information effectively in an organised and timely manner
* Providing Strategic Direction: Ensuring all initiatives align with the organizations broader vision and long-term objectives
