Product Manager
Location: Camberley
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm
My client based in Camberley is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing team. They are looking for candidates who have distribution experience within the IT sector.

Responsibilities:
* Own the management and development of the brand(s) in all countries.
* Responsible for driving the success of products through market expansion by managing current partners and recruiting new partners.
* Work closely with strategic partners to ensure efficient commercial and sales support.
* Play a key role in relationships with the team.
* Define and ensure effective execution/adherence to the Business Model.
* Coordinate with the Marketing department to ensure all events are done and properly followed up according to the plans.
* Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities to grow sales or margins.
* Provide an annual Brand Plan and data for inclusion in the Strategic and Operating Plans of the business.
* Lead Marketing and advertising promotional planning in entities for the brand(s).
* Deploy Brand(s) related sales enablement and support processes/tools for supporting entities’ organizations seamlessly in their commercial efforts at recruiting, developing, and retaining customers.
* Enable deployment of technology solutions related/technical Certification when required by vendors for entities. Develop best practices across entities for improving Brand execution knowledge and effectiveness.
* Develop and follow up contact with strategic Partners/Clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
* Build trust relationships with strategic Partners/Customers.
* Support partners’ sales teams in the execution of their joint plans focused on the best positioning of the Brand in the eyes of the customer.
* Follow up on the vendors’ programs and make sure to meet all requirements.
* Manage, develop, and follow up the business with suppliers.
* Follow up and coordinate on the margins/quotes.
* Utilize collected information to identify new opportunities.
* Undertake competitor benchmarking to monitor competitor marketing and pricing activities and develop counterstrategies.
* Study feasibility and forecast of local customer campaigns.
Person Specification:
* Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Technical, or Marketing.
* Experience in Product Management, ideally certified or trained on solution.
* Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
* Good marketing and analytical skills.
* Good command of English and French (preferable).
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
* Ability to understand and adapt to a multicultural environment.
* Mastery of office automation applications.
