Slick Gorilla is the UK’s biggest mens hair care brand, was founded in the North of the UK by two brothers with a passion for hair, style and creativity, the brand has a huge amount of power at its core with this it become known globally and stocked in barbershops in addition to key retail destinations around the world.
With the major successes of the last 5 years Slick Gorilla is now looking to expand its sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven B2B sales background with strong networking skills and expertise in the hair/beauty or fast moving product industries.
Passion, Energy & Creativity are highly needed for this role. All candidates must have a vested interest in the brand and associated industries of Sport, Fashion or Lifestyle. If you are not excited about working for a fast paced brand, then this is likely not the role for you.
You must have;
* Retailer & distributor account experience
* Consumer product brand experience
* Hair & Beauty industry experience
The Commercial Account Executive will be based working from home however will also require travel away from home base & internationally ad hoc.
Kindly note this role is only open to individuals who are authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
The role will encompass but is not limited to the below;
-Sales planning & analysis
Reporting to business on performance sales figures, successes and key data weekly/monthly.
Support in developing an annual calendar of key sales dates and periods.
Leading global growth opportunities based on research, analysis & mapping of global B2B markets.
-Commercial Development
Achievement of sales objectives, goals and KPI’s as per forecast.
Support the new business wholesale & distribution sales consistently to ensure the brand is present in all relevant channels both online & offline including pro & end consumer.
Lead acquisition of new global accounts both pro & end consumer from initial introduction through to on boarding.
Support development, creation & action of sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients globally.
Review & manage key wholesale & distribution accounts, ensuring brand performance is driven to the highest level.
Create and lead product plans with both wholesalers and distributors.
Create strong working relationships with existing key accounts to develop joint business plans & increase brand exposure.
Support and on occasions lead trade show activities globally for brand independently and with brand partners.
