The delivery of Positive Behaviour Support at Priory continues to grow, and we are now looking to extend PBS support to Llanarth Court, a Forensic hospital in Abergavenny, Wales.
We’re looking for a professional who is not only skilled in Positive Behaviour Support approaches, but also empathetic, resilient, and driven by purpose to improve the lives of the people we support. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals who are currently detained under the MHA, alongside the Multi-Disciplinary team to improve individual outcomes.

To lead the implementation and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) for the service, supporting individuals, colleagues, and teams in implementing positive and proactive approaches that improve wellbeing and quality of life for the people we support, while reducing restrictive practices.
Ideally seeking candidates with a formal qualification in PBS or related field (e.g., BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, BSc in Psychology, MSc Applied Behaviour Analysis, MA or MSc in Autism Studies, PBS/ABA Graduate Diploma).
Experience in conducting behavioural assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating interventions for individuals presenting with challenging behaviour is desirable.
