The brand now operates five stores in Paris and twelve across France. It opened its first boutique in Marylebone in 2014, and today Caravane is also firmly established in the heart of Chelsea.
Store Manager :
* Manage the daily operations of the team and motivate employees: training, support, and involvement of the sales teams in the development of the store and the achievement of the commercial objectives set by the Management, ensuring the quality of internal communication.
* Organize customer service to provide clients with a unique and relevant brand experience: welcome and assist them in their shopping experience with attention and care. Provide them with appropriate advice and build loyalty through product expertise, a highly professional and qualitative sales approach, and a personalized relationship.
* Ensure the proper upkeep of the store, overseeing general maintenance, adherence to merchandising standards, stockroom organization, site maintenance, and compliance with safety guidelines.
* Communication and process compliance: Ensure accurate and consistent customer data entry according to established procedures and verify that the entire team follows these procedures. Ensure that all orders are correctly placed with the workshops to minimize after-sales service (SAV) and additional costs.
* Organize the scheduling and receipt of deliveries.
* Maintain impeccable stock management to minimize unknown shrinkage (stock adjustments should remain exceptional and justified). Organize and prepare inventories, regularly monitor stock levels.
* Organize task allocation within the team based on business activity fluctuations and employees' strengths.
* Handle the store's administrative and accounting management (receipt & reconciliation of invoices), perform cash handling checks, and deposit revenues at the bank.

You must have prior experience as a Store Manager in high-end retail environment.
