Business Support Coordinator
£22,500 - £30,000 depending on experience
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Office Based – Southport – PR9
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support or Operations Coordinator to join a growing business in Southport. In this role, you will assist in streamlining operations and supporting various business functions to enhance efficiency.
The role:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
2. Coordinate customer platforms for them to access their portal.
3. Answer customer queries on their account and action.
4. Organise any software and hardware IT issues within the business – raise a ticket with IT or assist staff with simple, small tasks relating to IT.
5. Oversee the event management within the business; birthdays, Christmas, organise social events.
6. Set up new employees on the system and ensure computers are ready for their first day.
7. Sending out and managing documentation that is sent out to employees, chase up when needed.
8. General HR admin tasks.
9. Organise health and safety processes, fire drills etc.
What we need from you:
1. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and good understanding of computer set up.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
