Position: Full-Time Behaviour Support Assistant
The school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where our students can thrive. We cater for children aged 7 - 19 years old with a range of special educational needs. Our dedicated staff work closely with each student to support their unique journey towards independence and learning success.
The Behaviour Support Assistant role is an amazing opportunity for somebody who wants to make a difference to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and support young people to access education. You will offer guidance and support both in the classroom, and also with their social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences
2. Assist students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
3. Help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment
4. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
5. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers
What We're Looking For:
1. A compassionate and patient individual with a genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs
2. Relevant experience or qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support is preferable
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
5. A positive attitude and a desire to make a difference
