The Role
At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the PWS to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We’re looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills.
You will provide direct support to seventeen service users in supported living services. This role will involve administering medication, meal preparation, attending health care appointments, shopping, providing personal care and helping with finance management and general domestic tasks.
We are also looking for individuals who can assist with social and leisure pursuits either through meaningful activities at home or out in the community. There are various shifts available.
It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of support work, although this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
An enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.
