Mobile Legionella Risk Assessor - West Midlands - National Facilities Management Organisation\n\nCBW Staffing Solutions are hiring for a Legionella Risk Assessor on the behalf of our national facilities management client - the successful candidate will be responsible for water hygiene and compliance services to existing commercial FM contracts and must hold an accredited Legionella Control training certification with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.\n\nThis is a mobile opportunity, working across Birmingham & the West Midlands region.\n\nPackage:\n\nCompetitive salary up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)\nVan & fuel card supplied\nCore hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nGenerous workplace pension scheme\nTraining, development & progression opportunities\n Responsibilities:\n\nConduct Legionella risk assessments in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines\nPrepare detailed written reports and schematics\nProvide practical recommendations to clients for controlling and managing Legionella risks\nLiaise with clients to explain findings and ensure legal compliance\nCarry out site surveys and inspections of water systems, including domestic hot and cold water systems, cooling towers, and other associated plant\nMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company and legal standards\nRequirements:\n\nCity & Guilds/BOHS/WMSoc qualification in Legionella Risk Assessment (or equivalent)\nMinimum 2 years experience in a similar role\nStrong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, and relevant health & safety regulations\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nFull UK driving licence\nAbility to work independently and manage own schedule effectively\n Apply with your full & up to date CV or contact Aaron Rutter at CBW Staffing Solutions
