Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a global manufacturer in Rotherham in their search for a Purchasing Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
As a Purchasing Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
* Raising all Purchase orders and requisitions
* Producing reports on Stock and Non -stock materials
* Managing shipping documentation
* Assist with stock check
* All administration associated with the procurement of all goods and services
* Keep up to date with the Sales & Production team and any changes to delivery etc.
* Scanning PODs
To be successful in this role of Purchasing Administrator you will:
* Have administration experience ideally within purchasing or alternatively within sales support, operations, general manufacturing admin
* Excellent eye for detail, highly meticulous
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Be a self starter
