As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll dive into the full recruitment lifecycle, from building long lasting client relationships, getting under the skin of their recruitment challenges and, providing bespoke hiring solutions to them, from sourcing and engaging candidates to placing them in the perfect roles and building lasting client relationships. You'll use your expertise to deliver outstanding recruitment services tailored to both cultural and professional fit.
Candidate Acquisition: Hunt down and engage top-notch candidates through job adverts, connections, social media, and networking events. Conduct in-depth interviews (face to face and over the telephone) to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment with clients.
~ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their recruitment needs and company culture inside out to provide the best solutions to their hiring needs. Conduct client meetings to gather detailed briefings and provide recruitment solutions that fit their culture like a glove.
~ End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both clients and candidates. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients in the marketing, digital, and creative sectors, focusing on building relationships that last.
~ Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment that emphasises the importance of cultural fit and relationship-building.
~ Administrative Duties: Keep accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our CRM system. To be considered for this Recruitment Consultant role, we're seeking someone with proven experience in recruitment or account management, ideally within the marketing, digital, or creative sectors. Experience in a 360 recruitment role is a big plus. A solid understanding of the marketing, digital, and creative industries is important, along with familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and CRM systems.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for building strong relationships and ensuring the right cultural fit. Due to growth we have opportunities across various desks - Digital, Client Services, In-House Marketing and PR, Social and Content so experience in or an interest in these areas is advantageous!
