As a Learning and Development Officer you will have a key role to play contributing to the delivery of the Bracknell Forest Learning and Development Plan.

What it’s like working in our team…
You will be working within our small, friendly learning and development team. In addition to delivering appropriate L&D activity where it is relevant ensuring EDI compliancy, you will lead on managing the day to day administration of the Learning and Development training budgets under the direction of the Head of Learning and Development.

You will provide our managers with advice and guidance on learning solutions with the aim of ensuring we satisfy need within our available resources. Learning and development is part of our HR, OD & Payroll service and you will be supported by colleagues across the team.
