This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, working closely with clients to identify their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those demands.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, assessing their skills and qualifications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating successful placements.
You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment requirements, developing strong relationships and providing a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in recruiting for temporary roles.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a high-volume temp and perm specialization, handling multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
* Developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with clients in the sector, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing a tailored supply of FOH and BOH staffing requirements.
* Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
* Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for temp & perm opportunities.
* Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, including reference checks, background verification, and compliance checks as per industry standards.
* Building a talent pipeline of skilled workers, ensuring a continuous pool of candidates to meet client demands.
* Liaising with clients to coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and facilitate the hiring process.
* Negotiating and presenting job offers to candidates, ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience.

* A competitive basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 + No Caps Commission Scheme.
