Main duties of the job We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual join the Pathway to Excellence Team on a 9-month fixed term/secondment. The successful candidate will facilitate our Shared Professional Decision-Making model at UHCW NHS Trust and contribute to the re-designation of the Trust's Pathway to Excellence programme. As a subject matter expert, you will lead and develop Shared Professional Decision-Making across the Trust; working closely with ward/department managers, nursing, midwifery and AHP staff and the Practice Development Team to ensure a positive practice environment is fostered for the implementation of Shared Professional Decision-Making councils. The post holder will support the council chairs in the day to day running of their councils, facilitate leadership activities that integrate Shared Professional Decision-Making into practice.
