Contract Personnel are seeking a Finance Data Administrator for their busy Ashford based client. This vacancy is a fixed term contract running up until the end of March 2025. Responsibilities & Expertise: • Gather and validate data from existing software for transfer onto a new ERP system • Offering support and involved in the month end procedure across all functions including: Sales Ledger - Validating customer and sales data and preparing files for upload to the new software, working alongside the sales ledger team. Purchase Ledger - Working alongside the purchase ledger team, you will validate supplier and purchasing data and prepare files for upload to the new software Nominal Ledger - Involvement within all areas, to include bank, asset, stock, overheads and foreign exchange. Also confirming and validating balance transfers and preparing files for upload to the new software You may be required to do additional duties as required by the line manager. For Compliance purposes, you must ensure that all tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience is required within all areas of a finance function. Experience of implementing a system is advantageous (but not essential.) Computer literate with a focus on a good working knowledge of Excel.
