Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary on behalf of a reputable firm based in Epsom. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be an integral part of the conveyancing team, providing high-level administrative support to fee earners. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of conveyancing processes and be adept at managing a wide range of secretarial duties. Key Responsibilities: Preparing correspondence, emails, attendance notes, and other documents Supporting fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks Managing client files and keeping records up to date Assisting with file management and document production Handling telephone calls and managing client communications Requirements: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary is essential Strong knowledge of conveyancing and property law procedures Excellent organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software If you’re an experienced Conveyancing Secretary ready for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you
