What We're Looking For: A background in Creative Arts (Drama, Dance, Art, Music, or Media). Experience working with young people (this can include tutoring, volunteering, or teaching). The ability to engage students in creative subjects and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. A flexible and adaptable approach to working with students of varying abilities.
