The role will deal with a wide range of customer issues.\n\nCactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who are offering you the following: \nSalary - £30k + excellent benefits (Monday to Friday 9-5 onsite).\n2x Locations in the West Midlands \n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport customer enquiries by telephone or electronically via internal Contact Centre Solution and CRM systems\nManage all direct customer orders (F2F)\nHandle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific direct customer enquiries\nManage return requests effectively, whilst ensuring all relevant systems are updated as per company procedures.\nSupport customers with order status updates and delivery tracking queries\nEffectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, returns and log all details of actions taken within CRM system to support case management\nManage customer complaints and escalate it to the right stakeholders to support resolutions\nProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and areas of improvement\nKey Skills Required:\n\nPrevious experience within a customer service/ people support position is essential\nKnowledge of sales/ recruitment/ CEX\nPressure target driven environment \nA self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work\nOutstanding verbal communication skills \nProfessional and empathetic approach to resolving issues\nStrong Ms Office Skills\nExcellent time management Please apply or email (url removed) for more info
