Global Platform Analyst - NewModels
Arrow's Enterprise ComputingSolutions is looking for a Global Platform Analyst - NewModels to support the development, evaluation, andimplementation of new business models within our platformecosystem. This role will focus on identifying opportunities,assessing capabilities of both new and existing platforms &tools, defining workflows, and ensuring the successful deploymentand adoption of solutions across multipleregions.
As part of a globally connected team,this position requires strong problem-solving abilities, projectmanagement skills, and a strategic mindset to navigate an evolvingand less structured environment. The analyst will play a criticalrole in facilitating collaboration between internal teams, managingplatform integration efforts, and ensuring that regional teams arealigned in their approach to newmodels.
What will you be doing at ArrowECS?
* Research, evaluate,and recommend both new and existing platforms that support Arrowsnew business models.
* Conduct platformassessments, coordinate demos, and ensure alignment with businessrequirements.
* Define and structure workflowsfor new models, ensuring scalability and consistency acrossmultiple regions.
* Collaborate with stakeholdersto align platform capabilities with business needs and operationalprocesses.
* Act as a central point of contactfor global teams, ensuring clear communication andstandardization.
* Oversee project managementefforts related to the implementation of new platforms andprocesses.
* Facilitate training andknowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure successful adoption of newtools and workflows.
* Gather feedback from teamsto refine strategies and improve platformefficiency.
What are welooking for?
* Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
* At least 3 years of experience inplatform analysis, business operations, or digital transformationroles.
* Experience working in a global orcross-regional capacity is preferred.
* Strongunderstanding of cloud-based platforms, SaaS models, and digitalecosystems.
* Understanding of business- and/orservices-processes and workflows.
* Analyticalmindset with experience in evaluating tools, data insights, andperformance tracking.
* Excellent problem-solvingand critical-thinking skills.
* Strong projectmanagement and coordinationabilities.
* Effective communication andstakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability tonavigate ambiguity and drive structuredsolutions.
* Business fluency in Englishlanguage.
* Certifications in Project Management(PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) will be a hugeasset.
