This individual will play a crucial role in supporting my clients mortgage operations, supporting their advisor partners and their customers throughout the mortgage application process. You will be managing and overseeing various administrative tasks from the point of application all the way through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, with a strong understanding of mortgage procedures, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must also be within a commutable distance of the office in Wokingham. What is on offer? Basic salary up to £24,000 (DOE) Performance related bonus structure Hybrid working (1 WFH per week) Monday-Friday Opportunity to progress later down the line into an advice-based role with CeMAP sponsorship Full in-house training and support to help you fulfil the duties of your role Key responsibilities for this Mortgage Administrator role Proactively progressing Mortgage & Protection applications through to completion Data entry of Mortgage & Protection applications Regular liaison with lenders, providers, solicitors and clients to obtain updates and ensure a smooth process from start to finish Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post Skills and experience required for this Mortgage Administrator role?
