Principal Resourcing are currently working with numerous primary schools and academies who are looking to recruit Achievement Support Assistants for long-term positions. We are working with a variety of clients in primary schools and academies across Keyingham, Hedon, Preston and Withernsea who are seeking Achievement Support Assistants who are available on a part-time and full-time basis.
Your role as an Achievement Support Assistant:
1. Support the teacher to engage students in learning & build confidence.
2. Adapt to the diverse needs of students within your care.
3. Maintain strong classroom management & promote high standards for learning.
4. Support students to positively progress, through suitable intervention.
5. Collaborate effectively as part of a positive and child-centred staff team.
We are seeking Achievement Support Assistants with:
1. A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
2. Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
3. Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
4. An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
5. Right to Work in the UK; unfortunately, we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
