Working within the entertainment sector in one of Liverpool's iconic businesses.
Description
Duties and Tasks of the Payroll Advisor:
1. Processing end to end monthly payroll
2. Reviewing and adding payroll data into the system.
3. Processing starters, leavers, pay changes, statutory payments and benefits.
4. Action calculations where necessary for more complex situations including, holidays and pay adjustments.
5. Administering pension schemes.
6. Producing payroll reports
7. Maintaining up to date guidance notes on payroll processes.
8. Resolving pay queries from team members and people managers.
9. Processing and submitting relevant HMRC forms.
Profile
Experience required for the Payroll Advisor:
1. Experience with HR Administration and contracts
2. End to end payroll processing for monthly paid employees
3. Ability to produce reports
4. At least 3 recent years experience in payroll administration role
