An Oracle HCM Specialist is required. This is predominantly a functional role with some technical skills required. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week on site in Warwick and is inside IR35, so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.
Required Skills:
1. Oracle HCM experience - with focus on HR (e.g. Oracle HRMS, Oracle SSHR, Oracle Workflow, OLM, Oracle BI, SQL)
2. Problem solving, investigative and analytical skills
3. Experience working within application support team
4. Exposure to querying, manipulating and configuring SQL
5. Knowledge of a help desk system and managing service requests/incidents/problems
6. Respond to users within set service level agreements (SLA's) and operating level agreements (OLA's)
7. Establish good working relationships with clients and project teams
8. Customer communication skills, both verbal and written
9. Provide politically sensitive answers/solutions to issues as necessary
10. Negotiation and persuasion skills
11. Ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Nice to have skills:
1. An understanding of ITIL framework
2. UK Payroll Legislation
3. Experience of working within the healthcare sector
Location: Warwick (Hybrid working to be agreed with the team lead, typically it's no more than 2 days per week).
