G4 is 32-bed ward specialises in supporting elderly patients following an acute episode of ill health, recognising the complexity of their needs and the importance of reducing the length of stay (LOS) to prevent them losing their independence. G4 is a fast-paced medical ward that gives the nursing team the opportunity to work with all members of the multidisciplinary team, resulting in high standards of patient care, which is something that we are all passionate about. Main duties of the job Staff Nurses are responsible for the delivery of care and the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of individual programmes of care.
