Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disability Nurse to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in a tranquil and supportive healthcare environment.
Salary: Up to £41,596 + £5000 welcome bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and monitor the needs of patients, ensuring personalised care plans are created.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
* Develop and implement behavioural support plans for patients with mental health issues.
* Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects on patients.
* Provide high-quality nursing care and support in a safe environment.
* Actively participate in daily team meetings, contributing to the overall care strategy.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
* Support patients in their recovery journey, encouraging autonomy and independence.
* Engage in continuous professional development through training and learning opportunities.
* Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and confidentiality for all patients.
For this role, we're looking for someone who has:
* A valid NMC PIN with a Registered Nurse qualification (RMN or RNLD).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* An understanding of mental health issues, addictions, and eating disorders.
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
* A commitment to providing the highest standards of care with integrity and compassion.
