Ark is already used on more than 50,000 homes across the UK and partners with some of the biggest names in the industry. We are now looking for a dedicated team member to grow our client base of building managers, developers, institutional owners and RMCs. You’ll report directly to the founding team and play a key role in shaping our sales playbook, messaging, and market expansion. This is a high-impact opportunity to own the sales function at an early, profitable stage of growth. Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demo and commercial execution. Drive active sales cycles while building a new business pipeline through prospecting and relationship building. This is an industry that values relationships, facetime and active participation in community-building events and conferences. Work closely with the Customer Success Team to support renewals and collaborate on upsell and cross sell opportunities, which drive ARR growth and quota attainment. Build scalable sales processes (e.g. CRM, sales materials, outreach sequences) Consistently meet quarterly and annual targets. Partner with technology and customer success teams, ensuring time to value, retention, and LTV. Share customer and market feedback to inform product direction and positioning Maintain up to date knowledge of the Residential Management industry. Participate in conferences to drive innovation and relationships that scale ARR. Requirements 2 years' prior business development experience in either B2B SaaS or residential property Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Track record of closing mid-market deals (ideally £10k–£100k ACV) Self-starter mindset: you’re comfortable building and refining sales processes Curiosity about our customers and a desire to solve real operational problems Helpful but not required: relationships within residential management, experience in a startup environment, familiarity with CRM tools (we use HubSpot) and outbound tools (e.g. Apollo) Benefits Competitive base uncapped commission (OTE £105k) Option for early-stage equity (based on experience) Flexible working (office-first culture with Old Street office, with field-based and remote flexibility) Opportunity to define the sales culture and grow into a leadership role A product that’s truly valued by customers (zero churn, strong referrals)
