As Sales Advisor based in Huyton you will be responsible for:
1. Assisting customers on the trade counter, identifying their specific needs and providing product advice.
2. Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive and proactive approach, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
3. Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders, unpacking deliveries.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Industry or merchant experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training can be provided.
2. Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
3. Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new processes.
4. Experience in sales or customer service would be ideal.
This is a full-time permanent position 40 hours per week.
