In the role of partner success specialist at Tute Education, your overarching responsibility will be to spearhead revenue growth through astute and strategic account management. You'll be tasked with overseeing a portfolio of accounts, employing a blend of cross-selling and upselling strategies to not only boost revenue but also fortify our partnerships for long-term sustainability. Collaborating closely with your partner success colleagues, you will find new, proactive ways to engage with our existing partners, leveraging data and market insights to inform actionable strategies aimed at driving business growth. Your approach to account management is characterised by a consultative sales methodology, where proactive engagement with our partners is paramount. By delving deep into the unique challenges and needs of each educational institution, be it schools, local authorities (LAs), or non-mainstream settings, you'll increase student enrolment across our curriculums and integrate a wider range of our services into each partner’s setting. Ensuring the smooth operation of Tute for each account, you will maintain regular communication with partners through Teams, email, and calls, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing Local Authority departments, schools and non-mainstream partners within specified regions. You will use data and insights to inform your approaches, analysing revenue trends, partner engagement and external insights on funding and challenges faced in regions within England and Wales. You will identify emerging trends, address persistent pain points, and will apply your market insight, including regionally focused-information, to navigate and capitalise on opportunities for growth. To thrive in this role, you'll need strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various partners and drive positive outcomes. Clear communication is key, along with a solid understanding of the education sector and Tute Education's offerings. Key responsibilities: Growth and key performance indicators Collaborate with the head of partner success and team to align strategies with business objectives and foster growth Utilise data and insights to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the partner network Input to and execute the implementation of new strategic account management tactics aligned with the Business Development Plan Data management and reporting excellence Maintain accurate data entry and analysis within the CRM, ensuring adherence to best practices across the partner success team Use data to inform and drive strategic and tactical account management activities Ensure accurate and transparent reporting of progress against objectives, outcomes, and KPIs to facilitate informed decision-making Partner segmentation and regional focus Effectively present Tute’s relevant solutions to cross-sell and upsell our curriculums, tailored to each partner's needs Contribute to and leverage effective sales enablement tools to support growth and retention efforts Develop regional insights on prevailing educational practices and funding, collaborating with the wider partnerships team to formulate targeted strategies that resonate with local educational contexts Account management and partner collaboration Cultivate relationships with partners to gain in-depth insights into operational dynamics, needs and challenges Proactively communicate important updates to partners, ensuring they are utilising and engaging with our services and solutions Customise account management approaches based on partner category, spend grade, and partner type to maximise engagement and revenue Market awareness and customer journey Assess, refine, and optimise the partner journey in collaboration with relevant teams to enhance partner experience and engagement Stay informed about market trends and leverage insights to develop innovative approaches and initiatives tailored to local authorities and their operational requirements Cultivate localised expertise for partner accounts by leveraging insights to inform and drive sales strategies Policies and procedures: Prioritise the safeguarding of students as a fundamental aspect of all interactions and operations Handle complaints and issues effectively by adhering to established policies and procedures, ensuring timely resolution and partner satisfaction Maintain accurate and comprehensive partner records to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
