Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing digital and technological support to staff and students at Capel Manor College.
They will work closely with the infrastructure and support lead to deliver technical support to all stakeholders, ensuring that issues are resolved within designated service level agreement parameters.
Additionally, they will assist with the procurement of hardware and software for the College and the purchase of consumables, materials and resources to support the day-to-day operations of the team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or IT or relevant professional experience.
They will have experience managing, configuring and supporting a large enterprise wired and wireless network and experience implementing systems and hardware to meet a variety of customer requirements.
Knowledge of Windows server operating systems, network protocols, print management systems and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre modules is essential.
