Full time HR Advisor position based in Birmingham or Wolverhampton. You can work at either location. Client Details My client is a well known professional services organisation looking for a HR Advisor to be based in Birmingham or Wolverhampton. Description Provide first-line advice and support on all HR-related matters. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support managers in handling employee relations issues. Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes. Conduct regular HR audits and maintain accurate HR records. Coordinate training and development initiatives. Participate in HR projects as required. Ensure compliance with employment law and industry regulations. Profile A successful 'HR Advisor' should have: CIPD Level 3 or experience working as HR Advisor position previously Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing HR processes and procedures. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
