Role: Customer Support Manager Location: Haydock About the role: You will be leading the way on improving customer engagement through problem solving, solution selling and relationship building. You will be heavily involved with new tender opportunities, KPI setting and delivery, customer meetings. As a member of the Sales Office team, you will be working closely with colleagues to help in the sourcing and quoting and ensuring delivery on time is met, along with a full and deliverable customer growth strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, engineering, stores and purchasing to understand needs and opportunities. You will ensure a high level of customer service always prevails. Efficiently managing the submission of new tenders and quotations. Fully understanding, delivering and exceeding the service expectations of the customer within the ERIKS sphere of operation. As part of the Sales office team, you will help implement processes and structure to meet the customers' logistical and technical needs. Use efficient and regular communication streams that focus on delivering service and opportunity resulting in sales and profit growth. Understand the ERIKS product and service offering, its operating position and uses and be able to articulate this convincingly to our customers. Be effective in articulating the ERIKS value proposition and promote this to customers. Achieve sales and margin targets in line with Company growth objectives & targets. Ensuring branch costs are controlled. Hours of work: 08.00 - 17.00 - Mon Fri 1 hour break 40 hours per week About you: Experience in building and sustaining long term customer relationships Experience in customer facing activities at the customer location Industry and market experience (Preferred) Full UK driving licence.
