Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from end to end, actively sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working closely with Recruitment Advisors and the recruitment team, you will help develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain accurate candidate databases. Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Hunter: Actively source the best talent using various attraction and selection methods.
2. Candidate Champion: Support Recruitment Advisors in shortlisting, arranging interviews, and managing rejections to ensure a positive candidate experience.
3. Job Advertiser: Write job descriptions and create advertisements, posting them on internal and external websites and relevant job boards.
4. Recruitment Support: Manage the recruitment hotline, speak to internal and external applicants, and manage their expectations.
5. Business Collaborator: Identify areas within the business where we need to attract higher calibre candidates and check in with new starters in the relevant business areas.
6. Pre-Screening: Contact applicants to pre-screen against minimum requirements, with support from the recruitment team.
7. Project Coordinator: Support complex, UK-wide recruitment projects, leading and coordinating activities across different business areas.
8. Candidate Experience Enhancer: Assist the recruitment team in managing an effective candidate experience.
9. Social Media Assistant: Support social media-based recruitment activities.
10. System Maintenance: Perform housekeeping for the internal online recruitment management system.
11. Reporting: Update and create reports as required.
12. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
Required Experience:
1. Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment role, such as an intern or assistant.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work.
4. IT Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment management systems and digital tools.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
6. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in job postings and candidate information.
7. Market Knowledge: Understanding industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
