Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established supplier of various types of industrial solutions including loading bay solutions and industrial doors. They are looking to bring on a field base technician to cover South London and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Servicing the company s products in and around the South London and the surrounding areas as well as further afield when required
Fixing/maintaining industrial doors and loading bay products
Working on the company s other products to include wheel locks, industrial fans and barriers
Working alongside the rest of the engineering team to maintain a high level of customer service
Developing a knowledge of the company s customer base and representing the company in the right manner when attending customer site
Requirements
The company have a preference for candidates with experience of fixing mechanical and electrical faults on industrial doors and loading bay equipment but this isn t essential. They would consider any applicants that have both strong mechanical/electrical experience coupled with relevant qualifications and a strong work ethic. Due to the requirements of the role, you will need to hold a full, clean driver s license. In terms of location, you will need to be based in or around the South London area due to the location of the customer base you will be servicing.
