To support the delivery of a high-quality Housing service that will ensure the organisational aims, objectives and performance standards are met or exceeded in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and best practice guidance. This includes the provision of information and advice to customers in relation to all aspects of Housing Management & Housing Income Services and all posts and functions funded by the Housing Revenue Account., You will work 18.5 hours per week.
You will have Standard Grade (SCQF 4) or equivalent in Customer Service Qualification, experience in Frontline Housing Services and a working knowledge of housing and relevant legislation., Disability Confident
