In this role, it will be your job to provide consistently outstanding and delightful guest experiences, as well as taking responsibility for understanding, meeting and even exceeding your own objectives and KPIs'. You'll be responsible for answering telephone, emails, webchat and resolving any issues in a professional manner. A role less ordinary. Ensure that you are fully conversant with relevant company policies, processes and operations, products, rates, brands, promotions and services Answering telephone, emails and resolving issues in a professional manner, in keeping with each brand approach Follow edyn policies and procedures to ensure that customer service processes run smoothly, and the customer is satisfied Handle reservations and general guest queries and product information requests in an efficient and timely manner and to maximise guest delight and sales opportunities Manage changes to existing reservations if necessary Who you are. Previous experience in a customer support or facing environment ideally in hospitality (but this is not essential) Sales or reservations experience is preferred Exceptional interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication Good time management and organizational skills Patience, good listening skills and the ability to show empathy The ability to make decisions and use own initiative Growth mindset, open to new ideas, embrace feedback & coaching and challenge beliefs to deliver an exceptional customer experience Why grow with edyn?
