Regional Manager - Building Control (Northwest Region) hybrid working
We’re excited to be expanding our Northwest regional team and are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our Building Control services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a dynamic team, enjoy flexible working arrangements, and benefit from an excellent package.
What We’re Looking For:
* BSR registration at Class 2A, B, & D (minimum)
* Membership with CABE, CIOB, RICS, or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of legislation, technical guidance, and Industry Codes of Conduct
* Previous management experience with a passion for developing staff
* Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload of building control projects
* A client-focused approach, committed to maintaining strong relationships
* A proactive attitude in identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships
* Valid driving licence and ability to travel to various sites as needed
