Exciting opportunity to join our fantastic Talent Acquisition team The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of our team, responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Your role: You will be proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will assist in the recruitment process by managing the administrative and logistical aspects of hiring. You will enjoy coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, communicating with applicants, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow. You will act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, helping to streamline the hiring process and enhance the candidate experience. This is a remote/hyrbrid role and can be based from any of our sites in Europe. What impact you will make: Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Update Candidate Databases: Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Communicate with Applicants: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering any queries. Screen Resumes: Review and screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates for further consideration. Assist with Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating background checks, preparing offer letters, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. What you need to succeed: Experience in TA Coordinating/SourcingCommunications: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information in a relatable way to potential candidates, team members, and Hiring Managers Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and management.
