We are seeking a motivated and skilled Primary HLTA to join our dynamic team at a vibrant school in King's Lynn. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional who is adept at managing both pupil interventions and covering staff absences, including PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver targeted interventions to pupils who require additional support in specific areas of the curriculum. Cover classes during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of education and managing classroom activities. Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons when working alongside teachers during PPA times. Support the assessment of pupil progress and contribute to the preparation of reports and parent meetings. Foster a positive learning environment, addressing any individual student needs and promoting educational inclusion. Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the development of educational programs and strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Level 3 TA Qualification or Above Experience in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum. Ability to manage classes independently and provide educational support across a range of subjects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and inspiring students. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and school needs.
