As a Guest Experience Team Member, you'll be interacting with guests and owners to ensure they feel welcome, valued and have everything they need for a memorable experience. From welcoming 'hellos' to problem-solving pros, you'll play a key role in making every guest's stay unforgettable. Key Responsibilities - Greet guests and owners with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm as they arrive at our park. - Assist with the check-in process and verify passes to get their holiday started with ease. - Answer questions, offer helpful information about park amenities, events, and activities. - Handle queries and issues with care and professionalism, creating a smooth and supportive experience. - Actively listen to guest feedback and share insights with the wider team to enhance our service. - Keep our reception area clean, safe, and welcoming - a true home-from-home environment. - Collaborate with teams across the park to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience Requirements - Experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Reception Team Member, Welcome Host or a similar role in guest relations or customer service is beneficial but not essential; we provide training. - Customer focused with a passion for working with people. - Can actively listen, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional, friendly manner. - Ability to handle challenges or guest complaints with patience, tact, and efficiency. - Must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, evenings, and bank holidays.
