1. Contribute to forming and heading a team
2. Keep profit and loss within budget
3. Oversee daily operations and management of the home
Package and Benefits:
The Nursing Home Manager package includes:
1. Annual salary of £85,000 which is negotiable + Welcome Bonus and KPI Bonus
2. 35 Days (including Bank holidays)
3. Company Sick Pay
4. Employer Pension Contributions
The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:
1. Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role
2. Nurse Qualified is preferable
3. Knowledge of CQC and Local Authority requirements
4. Excellent management skills
5. Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections
