Mission:
As an Accountant for the UK & Ireland, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, oversee closures, and support invoicing and tax processes. Working within our international finance team, you will help maintain compliance and efficiency in a dynamic global environment.
ACTIVITIES
General Accounting and Closures
* Recording and verifying end-of-month entries
* Performing intercompany reconciliations (intercos)
* Monitoring and justifying accounts
* Participating in monthly and annual closing processes
Cash Management
* Managing daily cash flow
* Preparing cash forecasts
* Executing and monitoring bank transfers
Invoicing and Tax Declarations
* Issuing invoices (royalties, management fees, visas, miscellaneous fees)
* Potentially assisting with tax declarations (e.g., VAT, corporation tax)
JOB EXPERIENCE
* Degree in Accounting or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, ACA)
* 2 to 5 years of experience in general accounting
* Knowledge of UK accounting and tax standards
* Experience in an international group is an advantage
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
* Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
* Ability to handle common tax declarations (e.g., VAT, corporation tax)
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Analytical and synthesis skills
* Responsiveness and autonomy
* Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
