Overview: We are seeking 2 motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant Apprentices to join our Client Services and Legal Support departments. As a Legal Assistant within our Client Services department, you will work as part of a team that provides legal support to our Private Client teams – Estate Planning, Trust Management and Bereavement or as Legal Assistant within our Legal Support department, you will work as part of a team that provides legal support to our Litigation, Family and Dispute Resolution Teams At Jones Whyte, you'll be surrounded by people who will help you achieve your ambitions. Duties: Processing and scanning the incoming mail Printing and preparing outgoing mail Filing Diary management Liaising with and providing administration support for Client Services Advisors/Solictors & Case Handlers Working with the online case management system, keeping records up to date Mailbox management Making calls to clients/courts or other organisations Required skills: The ability to work in a fast-paced, high turnover environment Effective communication skills, written and verbal A high level of attention to detail The ability to multi-task Excellent MS office skills Salary: £15,660 per annum. Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
