I am keen to speak with an ambitious Real Estate Solicitors who are seeking the opportunity to join a growing Real Estate division. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide legal advice to a range of clients, including public sector, local and central government. We are looking for an experienced lawyer to negotiate contracts and advise on all matters involved in the purchase, sale, development and leasing of commercial properties across a range of sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting, negotiating, and finalising contracts for the sale and lease of property assets.
* Examining titles and leases, preparing comprehensive reports for clients.
* Advising on and managing leases and ancillary lease management documentation.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their technical development.
* Managing your workload efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of services and achieving client objectives.
* Participating in business development initiatives to grow the team’s client base and reputation.
We are looking for a confident, personable lawyer who excels at delivering exceptional client experiences. You should have:
* 6+ years PQE with significant experience in commercial real estate transactions.
* Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and finalise contracts and lease documentation with precision and efficiency.
* Experience supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, fostering their professional growth.
* Excellent communication skills, with a clear and concise style, free from jargon.
* Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
* Confidence in your technical ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience with public sector clients is advantageous but not essential.
