Join our Team of Ambitious Chefs
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
About the Role
* Prepare and serve high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
* Oversee and implement menu changes to meet evolving tastes and preferences.
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services and develop innovative solutions.
* Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently deliver exceptional service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute menus that showcase your culinary expertise.
* Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve outstanding results.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
* Represent Defence and uphold our brand image.
Requirements:
* Possess a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
* Have experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Hold a Food Hygiene certificate and comply with relevant regulations.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
