We are currently seeking a hard working, conscientious, fun loving person to join our team.
We are looking to extend our opening hours so you will be required to work mostly lunchtimes and weekends.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes according to our menu specifications.
2. Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
3. Collaborate with the Head Chef to prepare meals.
4. Identify opportunities to improve our food services.
5. Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
6. Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
7. Rotate stock items as per established procedures.
8. Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
9. Work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
10. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
11. Have experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry.
12. Possess a working knowledge of mathematical principles such as ratios and proportions.
