The role
As a Warranty Manager, you will oversee 14 Audi Stores. You will be part of the aftersales team that works closely with our Brands and also with our workshop and service advisor teams. You will oversee processes related to warranty work and ensure the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.
Who you are
* You will have previous Warranty administration experience, ideally having worked with manufacturer warranties previously overseeing a team of Warranty administrators.
* Confident IT skills, ideally with Kerridge experience (full training is provided so not essential)
* You will be process-driven and be organised, able to manage your time and workload effectively.
* Able to build good working relationships in your wider team and enjoy talking to customers.
What you’ll do
* Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration.
* Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times.
* Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales.
* Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally.
* Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to.
