Maintenance Manager
Days - Monday to Friday (Early finish at midday on Fridays)

A successful organisation based near Oldham are searching for a Maintenance Manager to join their well established manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis. This role will be taking over the current Maintenance Manager who is retiring next year.
This role is mainly office based work (95%), however there may be the odd occasion on severe breakdowns were you would expected to help support the team. As the Maintenance Manager you will play an important role in overseeing the efficiency of maintenance operations, production, as well as any ongoing and new projects, ensuring there is a high level of health and safety adhered to at all times. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for budget management and compliance and safety. To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership skills within a manufacturing environment and confident to work within a fast paced sector.
Requirements for the Maintenance Manager:
Leadership experience within manufacturing essential
Step up Team Leaders or Supervisors welcome to apply
Degree qualified or HNC/HND qualified
Good understanding of health and safety
Must have experience working within the UK in a similar type of role
