Role Responsibilities include :
* To manage the complete installation, setup and operation of products while building strong customer relationships and gathering feedback to improve the product performance and customer experience
* To conduct routine and corrective maintenance on the product, including annual service inspections
* To deliver customer support, troubleshooting issues, delivering technical training and offering expert guidance on product usage
* To enhance product flow by developing and refining routes, optimising customer settings for efficiency
* To maintain accurate administrative records and customer-related documentation
* To actively collaborate in meetings, share best practices, identify opportunities for product enhancements, and contribute to sales support efforts
Skills you will need:
Essential:
* Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation and pneumatic systems
* An understanding of the agricultural sector
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to transfer knowledge effectively
* Highly organised and detail orientated
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Customer focused with the ability to build strong business relationships
* Adaptable and self motivated, able to respond quickly to business needs
* Enjoys working as part of a team and encourages a team culture
