The Bookings & Reservations Assistant supports the sales,
operations and finance functions within the business and is responsible for
processing resort bookings and reservations enquiries.
This vital role assists the sales, operations and finance
teams with maximising revenues across golf, dining, hotel, membership and
events, and is often the first point of contact in the visitor journey.
Ultimately responsible for ensuring customer information is accurate, this role
requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent communications with every
department to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reports to: Bookings & Reservations Manager
Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day handling of telephone, e-mail
and digital enquiries
* Daily monitoring of booking activities
and online platforms
* Process payments and ensure records are
up-to-date and accurate
* Preparing quotes and tailored packages,
and upselling services and facilities
* Data input and management, database management,
file management and record keeping
* In-depth understanding of all rates,
offers, package and services
* All administrative duties required to
support the sales, operations and finance departments
* Precise records and communications with
department managers and personnel
* Any other duties requirement by
management to ensure the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences
Qualifying
Criteria:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the
hospitality, hotel or leisure industry
* Experience of bookings systems, databases, CRM software and
data management
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and professional telephone
manner
* Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy,
fast-paced, environment
* Positive and flexible approach to work including weekend and
evening shifts
