As Cluster Director of Sales, you will report to the General manager of both properties. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success. Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments for Clayton Hotel Glasgow and supporting on activity for Clayton Hotel Edinburgh coming 2026. Conduct sales activities, including lead generation, meetings, contract negotiations, and trade shows. Track corporate accounts monthly to monitor performance and address declines. Manage Corporate and Consortia RFPs for increased hotel participation. Analyze GDS reports to enhance business strategies focusing on meetings and conferences. Provide performance reports to the General Manager and Central Office. Contribute to pricing strategies and forecasts with management. What You Will Need: Minimum 5 years experience working within a similar position in hotels A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment. Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues. Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
